DRIVE SPROCKET
The sprockets manufactured by Kopar have tooth rims that are bolted to hub to make it possible to change the tooth rims without dismantling the drive shaft. Hub itself is fastened to the drive shaft by cottering and locked with a set of screws.
Tooth rims are made from abrasion resistant steel, (AR 500). Arrows showing the correct rotation direction are always marked to tooth rims. Tooth rims have also a split spot, in a correct place, to ensure succesful maintenance.
TAIL SPROCKET
Tail Sprocket rims are bolted to hub with a similar construction like that of drive spocket, so it is easy to change only the rims.
Hub is fastened to tail shaft with adapted sleeve. IDLER WHEEL Idler wheel is normally completely machined part assembled with adapted sleeve to idler shaft. A toothed version is also available.
