UNLOADING STATION

There is two kinds of unloading stations. Unloading station can be either with wet or dry discharge devices. Both discharge systems are located under the lower room of silos.

Wet discharge devices are used for example in loading bulk materials from silos to open container trucks and dry discharge devices in loading to tank trucks. In the bottom of the unloading silo there are fluidization panels to help the disharge process.

DUST FREE LOADING SPOUT

Dust-free loading spout is used in loading tank trucks, open container trucks and maxi bags. Loading capacity can be up to 100 t / h.

Guiding cones inside the sleeve are made of steel. It is easy to raise and lower the sleeve with wire ropes. A cover of the hood is made of steel.

Dust removing pipe is located in the frame of the reeling device. It is equipped with butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator.
